I have a 7 1/2 month old boy and he only eats solid food once a day. Is that enough? How often should I be feeding him solids? Can anybody show me their feeding schedule for there baby. Thanks I would really appreciate some tips on how much and how often I should be feeding my baby boy.
It really depends on the child. My child, when she was little ate a lot. She was eating regular food before a year old I believe. The formula just wasn't filing her up. Even with rice cereal in it. I can remember being so scared to feed her regular food, I would put like 3 little grains of rice on the spoon, then her grandparents would come and feed her this huge spoon full of food. I did not want to look. I was scared she would choke, but she didn't.
But it looks like you got a schedule going so thats good.
